Has Anyone Used a Sound Device to Stop Neighbors Dog From Barking??

Do the Dog Collars That Stop Dogs From Barking With Sound Realy Work?

I want to buy a dog collar that could stop my dog from barking. There are these dog collars on eBay that are supposed to stop dogs from barking with some sound that only dogs could hear. If you have any experience with these collars and know if they work or not them please reply.
