How Do I Stop a Dog From Peeing and Barking?

I’m dogsitting for 3 days (fri,sat,and sun). we ran with the dog for little bit today and he went #2 and #1. Then when we brought him home, he peed on the floor. He pees when he’s excited. We locked him in the cage and kitchen for a while, and he started barking. Is there any way to stop him from barking in urinating for these 3 days? He is 7 months old. He also has a pee pad, but he refuses to use it and goes on the carpet instead.

How Do I Stop My Dog From Barking and Peeing When He Is in His Kennel?

He is a two year old housebroken dog with no health problems. I don’t know how to make the barking and peeing stop. My other dog has no problems being in her kennel.
Barking starts as soon as he is put in the kennel. He is in there for only 3 hours and he pees. When I am home, he holds it longer than that.
