Everytime I go outside in my backyard I get barked at nonstop by the neighbors dog. I have been nice and talked to them about it and they seemed it was no big deal. The other day I was raking up my leaves and for the hour I was out there the dog did not stop barking! The neighbors were outside and seen this but did nothing. Furthermore they seem to ignore me now when I try to say hi. Please help!
