How Do I Stop My Dog From Barking in the Mornings?

Every morning around 7 my dog begins to bark and cry. Around 7:30 my dad wakes up for work and starts moving around the kitchen which makes my dog stop barking, until my dad leaves and my dog continues to bark. Then its the same thing with my mom when she leaves for work at 9. After they are both gone he continues to bark until I wake up.
What can I do to stop my dog from doing this every morning?

Take it outside when it starts crying…it probably wants to use the bathroom?!
fill a container (that sprays wotevers in it) with water and every time it barks spray it! this worked with our dog after a while!

well if your dog is a puppy it will need to go out side or it wants attention or breakfast ihave two dogs one is a black lab the other golden retriver both about a year old after a while they will get used to not having people around in the moring and will learn to stop barking
maybe it wants a friend dog?
