		<description>Your puppy needs to learn to be in the pen when you are home as well as away.  Train him by hiding out of sight.  Get your neighbors to come out--when the dog barks, appear and gently correct him with a touch or word/sound that gets his attention.  Repeat, repeat, repeat....Good luck!  I have owned 2 Bassetts--they are adorable but stubborn and not the brightest breed.</description>

		<description>well find out why he barks. once u find out everytimes he looks at the object or person give  him a treat so he knows its good. and if u leave him alone that much give him a kong. one of those rubber toys that u can bput peanut butter in it and freeze and there ya go ebtertainment for at least an hour</description>
