well you could talk to the owners and ask them to quite the dog down! but if the owner can’t your not going to be able to either!
you need to be consistant with dogs!
not once in a while yell at it for barking EVERY TIME if your there or not! sort of hard so good luck witht hta one!
Take good treats out with you and when the dogs are quiet throw them a treat. If they bark and carry on ignore them until they stop, and then throw them a treat. It will take a while,but they will eventually associate you and food and being quiet. Yelling at them will worsen the situation. Remember they are being dogs and doing what a dog is suppose to do, protect their property.
