My Female Dog Is in Heat…How to Stop Male Dog From Barking?

My female dog is in heat and the male dog wont stop barking. Its annoying at night and im pretty sure he is bothering the neighbors. what can i do to stop him from whining and barking while she is in heat?

*i need ideas to make him stop barking right now while she’s in heat
i dont want any answers saying to spay/nueter the dogs or i will Report Abuse as i already stated i do NOT want any of those answers*

I used 2 bark controllers, the shocking type and also the one that sprays the scent in their face. The shocking one stopped working after a month. The one with the scent spray works but is not fullproof. I only put this bark controller on him at nights, but he’ll still have a burst of non stop barking in the middle of the night.
